well,house wants to make the guy look like he has a deasise that I can't write/pronunce [but I suppose it's pretty bad] through a false lab result . In order to proove that house is lying ,the guy has to do another test with another doctor,but since he sued half of the docters in 2 other hospitals,he won't be able to those tests and he will loose the trial.Hope I helped and sorry for my bad grammar
